Danach werden die Organisationsstrukturen in der Sekundarstufe I erläutert, wobei hauptsächlich auf die Strukturen der „Kooperativen Mittelschule“ eingegangen wird. Im zweiten Teil wird das Strukturmodell zur Betrachtung kooperativer Arbeitsbeziehungen erklärt.
